1. Definitions

• "Company" refers to Serene Escapes Luxury Villas.
• "Guest" refers to any individual or group booking a villa through our platform.
• "Property" refers to any villa or accommodation listed on our website.
• "Booking" refers to a confirmed reservation made by a Guest.

2. Booking and Payment

• All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of the required advance payment.
• A booking confirmation will be sent via email once the payment is received.
• The total booking amount includes the villa rental charges and applicable taxes.
• We accept payments via bank transfer, UPI, credit/debit cards, or other methods as communicated at the time of booking.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be made in writing via email or phone.
• Cancellations made more than 30 days before check-in: Full refund minus processing fees.
• Cancellations within 30 days of check-in: No refund will be issued.

4. Check-In and Check-Out

• Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 11:30 AM.
• Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
• All guests must present valid government-issued photo identification at check-in.
• The number of guests must not exceed the maximum occupancy stated at the time of booking.

5. Guest Responsibilities

• Guests are responsible for the proper use and care of the property and all its contents during the stay.
• Any damage caused to the property or its contents will be charged to the guest.
• Guests must comply with all house rules and local laws and regulations during their stay.
• Guests are responsible for the behaviour of all members of their party and any visitors.

6. Use of Property

• The property is for private residential use only. Commercial use, events, or parties are strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
• Smoking is not permitted inside the villa. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available.
• Pets are not allowed on the property unless specifically agreed upon in advance.
• Loud music and noise are not permitted after 10:00 PM.
• Food and beverages are strictly prohibited in the pool area.

7. Liability

• Serene Escapes Luxury Villas shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience suffered by guests or their property during the stay.
• The Company is not responsible for any theft or loss of personal belongings on the property.
• Guests use the pool and other recreational facilities at their own risk.
• The Company's maximum liability in any event shall not exceed the total booking amount paid by the guest.

8. Website Use

• All content on this website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Serene Escapes Luxury Villas and is protected by copyright laws.
• Unauthorized use or reproduction of any content from this website is strictly prohibited.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website at any time without notice.
• We are not responsible for the content of any third-party websites linked from our platform.
